C-Zone INTERCOLLEGIATE CHESS TOURNAMENT

An intercollegiate chess tournament was conducted at Jubilee Mission Medical College on 14 October 2026. Three students from Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College participated in the tournament, representing our institution.

The tournament provided an opportunity for students from various colleges to showcase their chess skills, strategic thinking, concentration, and decision-making abilities in a competitive environment.
Although our students did not win any prizes, one of our participant( Saanu N B) secured an impressive 13th rank among 46 participants in individual chess competition.This achievement reflects the student’s dedication and competitive spirit. Our team was accompanied by our physical education teacher Mr. Midhun R( Asst prof. Dept of physical education )
Participation in the tournament provided valuable exposure and experience to our students, motivating them to improve their skills and participate in future intercollegiate competitions.
The institution appreciates the efforts of all three participants and encourages their continued involvement in sports and extracurricular activities.
