Ahalia Navaratri Dance and Music Festival 2026
Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital hosted the third day(13/10/2026) of the Ahalia Navaratri Dance and Music Festival 2026, a nine-day cultural celebration organised by Ahalia Events in association with Ahalia Dhanwanthari Moorthy Temple, Ahalia Vighneswara Temple, and Ahalia Heritage Village.
The occasion was graced by Padma Shri Mattannur Sankarankutty Marar as the chief guest, along with the distinguished dignitaries of the Ahalia Group. The ceremony commenced with a prayer followed by the welcome address by Mr. Shibu Rajendran(Administrator, AAMCH)and the presidential address by Dr. Sunilkumar N(Principal and Medical Director, AAMCH).The dignitaries jointly inaugurated the festival by lighting the ceremonial lamp. The Chief Guest, Padma Shri Mattannur Sankarankutty Marar, delivered the inaugural address, follwed by a felicitation by Dr Ajesh M Pillai, Director, Ahalia wellness,and vote of thanks by Dr Preethi Jose, Medical Superintendent , AAMCH
The cultural evening unfolded as a vibrant celebration of India’s artistic heritage, featuring devotional bhajans, Thiruvathira, keerthanam, Bharatanatyam, melodious solo and duet songs, and energetic group dance performances by artists, students, and faculty members. Certificates were presented to the participating artists in recognition of their contributions.
The celebration reflected Ahalia’s commitment to preserving traditional art forms, nurturing artistic talent, and fostering cultural appreciation among students and the community.
