Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College and hospital is privileged to announce Vijnana-sarani 2024, an International Conference on Fertility which is going to be inaugurated on November 5th followed by scientific sessions on November 5,6 &7, 2024 at Ahalia campus, Palakkad.

Conference Overview

Vijnana-sarani is an Annual International Conference through the lens of Ayurveda. It aims to serve all people involved in the field of Ayurveda through growth and community building. The Vijnana-saraṇi is a forum for the exploration of novel insights, rational thinking, and interactions. The traditional discourse continues and many of the clinical/theoretical concepts are subjected to close scrutiny and reinterpretation.

Neera-Ksheera-Viveka: In Indian academic tradition, the Swan (Hamsa) represents the symbol of wisdom. It reveals the concept of Neera-Ksheera-Viveka – the ability to discriminate between water (fake knowledge) and milk (true knowledge). The first conference – ‘Vijnana-sarani 2023: International conference on Clinical Paediatrics in Ayurveda’ was held on June2023. We are glad to host the second conference in this series – Vijnana-sarani 2024 on Fertility.

Conference Organisers

Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College and hospital established in 2010 is Kerala’s largest eco-friendly green campus, located in the serene valley surrounded by the Western Ghats in Palakkad district, the college has 7 acres of self- owned herbal gardens, a home for natural flora and fauna. A fully-fledged medicine manufacturing unit, meeting global standards that adds to the pride and prestige of the campus.

Conference Theme

This year, the conference will focus on Fertility and its recent era breakthroughs. The conference promises to be a dynamic and informative event ‘URVARA 2024’, delivering into the multifaceted world of infertility. Today, infertility stands as a complex and prevalent issue, especially in the younger generation, transcending mere medical diagnosis involving social, emotional and ethical dimensions. The struggles and pressures remain significant challenges for individuals and couples facing the journey. So, we intend to bring leading experts in the field of infertility management to share their knowledge and experiences. From medical advancements to social implications, this event offers insight into the obstacles, treatments and emotional journeys of those affected by infertility. The conference is formulated with plenary sessions led by versatile speakers in the field focussing on the research aspects of infertility management. This conference intends to provide all the delegates and researchers with updated information on fertility, treatment advancements and research aspects.

Vijnana-Sarani 2024 ‘URVARA’, intends to provide a platform for the young talents of Ayurveda to showcase their skills in a multitude of competitive segments – Essay, Paper presentation, e-poster and reels making competition. Every session has been meticulously designed to help participants gain knowledge and stay updated.
