As part of the 11th Ayurveda Day celebrations, the Department of Kriyasharira, Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College, conducted a Mass Prakruti Assessment and Healthy Lifestyle Counseling Camp at Ahalia School of Pharmacy on 18/09/2026 from 2:00 PM to

 4:00 PM.

At the beginning of the programme, Dr. Bindu K. Viswambharan, HOD & Associate Professor, Department of Kriyasharira, gave a brief introduction to Prakruti and its importance in maintaining health and wellbeing.

Following the introductory session, 1st Professional BAMS students, under the supervision of Dr. Aswathi U. S., Associate Professor, Department of Kriyasharira, conducted Prakruti assessments of 64 B.Pharm students. The participants were also provided with pamphlets containing information on healthy lifestyle modifications and dietary advice based on the principles of Ayurveda.

The programme concluded successfully at around 3:40 PM.
