Activity Summary: Ahalia Ayurveda medical college, Palakkad organized an Ayurveda chef competition In connection with National Ayurveda day with an aim to create awareness about the healthy foods mentioned in Ayurveda among students. Students from different batches participated in groups in the competition. In total there were 11 groups each containing 3 members. The competition was organized at Practical hall of Rasasastra and Bhaishajya kalpana under the supervision of Dr Preethimol,Dr Manju and Dr Sreeanath. Nutritious Khichdis, laddoos, vatakas, smoothies and healthy oats were the highlights of the competition. Finally a panel of experts did the judgement and distributed the prizes.
