Herbal garden Inauguration – GLPS,Pokkanthode

As a part of 8th Ayurveda Day celebration, Department of Dravyagunavijnana in association with Green Ahalia took an initiative for setting up a herbal garden in the premise of GLPS, Pothankode. plants which can be used for primary health care were selected for setting up the garden. The inauguration of the herbal garden was conmducted on 8/11/2023. Mrs. Revathy Babu, President,Elappully Grama panchayath did the inauguration. Dr. Sethu. R, Assistant Professor, Departmen of Dravyaguna vijnana delivered a talk on “Relevance of a herbal garden in School premise.”Dr. Ankitha Sudheendran , Assisrant professor, Department of Dravyaguna vijnana delivered a class on “Uses of medicinal plants”.
