Flashmob as a part of 11 th Ayurveda day

A Flashmob was organized by our college on 22/09/26 as part of the 11th Ayurveda day on the theme : Ayurveda for a Healthier tomorrow. The programme was conducted on college campus , with active participation of Students and Teachers from various departments .

The event aimed to introduce the principles of Ayurveda to students and the public in an engaging and creative manner.

The flash mob began unexpectedly in the college campus with students from Ahalia Ayurveda medical college performing a coordinated dance,attracting the attention of everyone around. Through music, dance, and meaningful formations, the students conveyed messages related to Ayurvedic health practices, especially the importance of Dinacharya Practice, balanced living, healthy food habits, yoga, and the importance of preserving traditional systems of medicine .

The programme concluded by around 4.30 pm with a strong message encouraging everyone to understand, respect, and incorporate appropriate principles of Ayurveda into daily life. The event was a successful initiative which combined entertainment with health awareness and highlighted the relevance of Ayurveda in promoting a healthy lifestyle.
