Academic Class on Emergency Management Policy under NABH Guidelines

An academic class on “Emergency Management Policy under NABH Guidelines” was conducted for the nursing staff on 30th October 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at Pranavam Auditorium. The programme was organised under the leadership of Medical Superintendent Dr. Preethi Jose, Deputy Medical Superintendent Dr. Ayana V.M., and Assistant Nursing Superintendent Suja Thomas.

Dr. Ranesh A.K., Assistant Professor, Department of Kayachikitsa, Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Palakkad, served as the resource person and delivered the session as part of the Continuing Nursing Education program. The class focused on standard emergency response protocols, patient safety, and institutional compliance requirements mandated under the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) framework. The session highlighted the critical role of nursing staff in rapid response, code activations, and efficient handling of clinical emergencies within the hospital setup.

The nursing staff, including senior nurses and clinical coordinators, attended the programme and benefited from the educational session.
