PhD in Kayachikitsa – DR. SUNIL KUMAR N

Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College is proud to announce the successful achievement of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Kayachikitsa by Dr. Sunil Kumar N, Principal, Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College, on 21st September 2026 from Parul University.

Dr. Sunil Kumar N successfully completed his doctoral research on the thesis topic “An Observational Study to Assess the Presence of Dhatu Paka Lakshanas in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus w.s.r. to Madhumeha.” The study explored the clinical features of Dhatu Paka in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, correlating them with the Ayurvedic concept of Madhumeha.

The research was carried out under the esteemed guidance of Dr. Sunil Ramachandra Khandare, Parul University. The successful completion of this doctoral work marks a significat academic achievement and contributes to the advancement of evidence-based research in Ayurvedic medicine, particularly in the field of Kayachikitsa.
