WORK LIFE SATISFACTION

Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College Organised a class on “WORK LIFE SATISFACTION ”,as a part of FDP series on 30th MARCH 2023.The Resource person was Ms.AMRUTHA.K.SUNILKUMAR,COUNSELLING PSYCHOLOGIST ,AHALIA GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS, PALAKKAD. The programme started at 3.00pm with welcome address by Dr.Aswathi.US, Assistant Professor,Dept of kriyasharir,AAMC .22 Faculties participated in the session. After the class Ms.Amrutha provided a Job Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire to all the faculties to assess their work life satisfaction. Vote of thanks was given by Dr.Aswathi.US & Certificate was presented to Ms.Amrutha K Sunilkumar by Dr.Sunil Kumar, Vice Principal, AAMC as a token of gratitude. The programme wrapped up around 4pm.The overall session benefitted the faculties and research scholars.
