Sagni Sweda Model Making Competition

Dept of Panchakarma conducted “Sagni sweda model making competition” on 15/12/2023.Final year BAMS students(2019 Batch) were divided into 14 Teams 2 months prior to the competition day and one swedana method was assigned to each group.Competition comprises of demonstration of the swedana Models made by the teams and interaction of the team with the judges – Dr.Sheba Sunil (Principal,AAMC Palakkad) and Dr.Anoop Kumar C A (HOD,Dept of Panchakarma,AAMC,Palakkad).The result was announced on 22 Dec 2023.Team 4(Holaka sweda),Team 13(Ashmagna sweda),Team 8(Bhu sweda) bagged 1st,2nd and 3rd prizes respectively.All the remaining 11 teams were given consolation prizes.The prizes were given away by Dr.Sheba Sunil and Dr. Anoop Kumar C A.
