International Day of Yoga 2022 – Afternoon Session

The session was conducted in the AAMCH Auditorium from 2 to 4 pm. The session began with the prayer by the students. Welcome speech was delivered by Dr Yadukrishnan S, NSS Programme Officer. Inauguration by lighting the lamp and Presidential address was delivered by Dr Sheba M D, Principal, AAMCH. Felicitation of the programme was done by Dr E V Swarochisha, DMS, AAMCH and Mr Shibu Rajendran, Administrator, AAMCH. Later Launching of Therapeutic Yoga Video launching was done by Dr Sheba M D, Principal, AAMCH. It was followed by a Seminar on the topic “Yoga – A Universal Healer” by dr Deepak K S, Professor and HOD, Department of Swasthavritta, AAMCH. It was followed by a beautiful Yoga Dance by the 1st year BAMS students of AAMCH. Then Vote of thanks was delivered by Dr Pavithra S, house Surgeon, AAMCH. The session ended with National Anthem.
