Capacity building programme for Ayurveda faculty on simulation & skill training

Capacity Building Program for Ayurveda Faculty on Simulation & Skill Training Orientation was held at Kerala University of Health Sciences on 18/06/2025. The programme was aimed to equip Ayurveda faculty with the skills and knowledge to effectively integrate simulation-based learning into their teaching practices. From Ahalia Ayurveda medical college, Dr Jyothi Sajayan, Dr Saranya Syam, Dr Sreenath P S, Dr Lakshmi P S, Dr Kavyasree B S, Dr Vandana K Vasudevan, Dr Happy, Dr. Yadukrishnan and Dr. Aswathy U S attended the programme and got certified.The training program covered the topics like :Designing Simulation Scenarios for Ayurveda, Effective Debriefing Techniques, Integrating Simulation with Ayurveda Curriculum etc. Methodology of the program included: lectures and Discussions and hands-on Simulation Exercises like basic life support. The training program was successful in equipping Ayurveda faculty with the skills and knowledge to effectively integrate simulation-based learning into their teaching practices.
