Activity summary : Dept of Swasthavritta, Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College, Palakkad organized Healthy Diet Preparation “Eat Well Plate” in connection with National Ayurveda Day to create awareness about the health benefits of certain Ayurvedic recipes and its preparation. Students of Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College participated in the program under the guidance of Dr. Haripriya H, Associate Professor and HOD and Dr. Preethimol T P, Asst Professor, Dept of Swasthavritta, Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College. Mudga Yusha (medicated soup made from green gram), Ashtaguna Manda (medicated extract of rice and green gram) and Amalaki panaka (tasty & healthy drink made from Indian gooseberries) were prepared and distributed among the students of the College.
