Inauguration of Shishikshas House Surgeons Orientation Programme – 2021 Batch

The inauguration of the Shishikshas House Surgeons Orientation Programme for the 2021 Batch was held at 10:30 a.m. at the Conference Hall, Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College, Palakkad. The programme began with a prayer song presented by the students, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp.The students of 2021 Batch and faculties from various clinical departments attended the inaugural session.

Dr. Vandana K. Vasudevan, ( Class In-charge of the 2021 Batch) welcomed the gathering.

The inaugural session was addressed by Dr. Sunil Kumar, (Principal), Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College, Palakkad; Dr. Preethi Jose, (Medical Superintendent); Dr. Ayana,( Deputy Medical Superintendent); and Mr. Shibhu Rajendran, (Administrator). They highlighted the duties and responsibilities of house surgeons and emphasized the importance of sincerity, discipline, and professional conduct during their internship.

The inaugural session concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. H. V. Happy, (Class In-charge of the 2021 Batch).

Following the inauguration, the sessions scheduled for Day 1 of the orientation programme were conducted as organised.
