Ayurveda recepie competition as a part of Ayurveda day celebration
As part of the Ayurveda Day 2026 celebrations, an Ayurveda Recipe Competition was organized by the Department of Rasashastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana on 26 September 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Teaching Pharmacy.
Students from all batches actively participated in the competition and presented a variety of healthy and Ayurvedic recipes, showcasing their knowledge, creativity, and practical understanding of Ayurvedic dietary principles. The preparations were evaluated by the judges based on their Ayurvedic relevance, nutritional value, presentation, and overall quality.
The faculty members appreciated the enthusiastic participation and efforts of the students. Following the evaluation, the winners were announced, and cash prizes will be awarded to the deserving students. The programme was successfully conducted and contributed meaningfully to the objectives of the Ayurveda Day 2026 celebrations.
