As part of the 11th Ayurveda Day celebrations, the Department of Samhita Siddanta and Sanskrit
Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College, conducted a Health Awareness and public outreach Programme on 19/09/2026 from 10:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
Dr.Aswathi.K. Assistant Professor Department of Samhita Siddanta and Sanskrit, along with the students visited houses at Para and gave directions about Dinacharya( Daily regimen) for healthy living . The team enlightened the public about dinacharya(Daily regimen) pathya ahara(Wholesome diet)
The team visited more than 15 houses in the area and interacted with house members.
Pamplets containing informations regarding Dinacharya was also distributed.
The programme concluded successfully at 1:00 PM.
