Free Medical Camp & Health Awareness Programme

On the occasion of the 11th Ayurveda Day, Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Palakkad, organized a Free Medical Camp and Health Awareness Programme at NGM College, Pollachi, on Tuesday, 22 September 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
As part of the programme, awareness sessions were conducted on the following topics:
• “Ayurveda Paediatrics: Prevention, Nutrition and Common Childhood Disorders”
Dr. Kavyasree B.S., Assistant Professor, Department of Kaumarabhritya
• “Dinacharya – The Ayurvedic Path to Healthy Living”
Dr. Sandeep Krishnan, Assistant Professor, Department of Swasthavritta
• “From Prevention to Healing – Ayurveda for Healthy Skin”
Dr. Sreekutty P.V., Assistant Professor, Department of Agadatantra
The awareness sessions were attended by the faculty members and students of NGM College, Pollachi, and provided valuable insights into preventive healthcare and healthy living through Ayurveda.
A total of 70 beneficiaries availed the services of the free medical camp.
The programme was successfully conducted with active participation and support from the faculty members, students, and organizers.
